Do any of the 5th gen 4Runners have matte black door handles? I bought a silver 2013 SR5 recently and I want to get black handles (not just covers) to make it look like the Trail Editions that I see. So, I bought some cheap aftermarket ones, but they turned out to be piano black, which kinda goes against the aesthetic I want. If I ordered black 2010-2013 Trail handles, I'm wondering would they be matte, or are the OEM ones also piano black?

Figured I'd make a thread where people can try to swap their hoods. Some like the skewp, some don't like it. I personally like it. I'm looking to trade my hood plus 100 bucks for another white 2014+ Skewped hood. Let me know if you are the opposite and located in Southern CA.

Started off simple enough…jacked up the car, removed the plastic cover in front of the skid, dropped the skid, removed that cover plate thing for the drain plug…then all hell broke loose. First, yours truly forgot to take the center hole cover out of the oil catch container…and walked away for a minute to peepee…came back to oil all over the garage floor. Doh! This is what happens when you try to do car maintenance without beer. Next, to say the oil filter housing was “over-torqued”... Oil change nightmare

I have a 24 SR5P with TRD pro wheels and stock tires. Are my factory UCA's and CV boots fine if I go to a 2 inch lift? Just want to confirm no need for new UCA's and diff drop kit.

I am planning to swap 20" wheels with 245/60/R20 highway tires to 17"x7" TRD pro wheels with 265/70/R17 Falken wildpeak A/T4w for my 2018 Toyota 4runner Limited 4x4. Keeping stock suspension unchanged. Does this work without rubbing or grinding? What's the max size I can go for tires? Any suggestions on tires will be appreciated. NOTE: TRD pro wheels or SEMA(17'x7")only!

Wanted to document changes and progress I have made to the new 4runner I picked up the week of Christmas 2022. Had been looking for this particular model/color for months with no luck. Dealer said he had an allocation that was due in March 23. So cruise control worked literally a day ago. Then I go to use it and it doesn't work anymore. The "Cruise" light just flashes on the dash but won't engage. Got any ideas?
