Curious where the board is on this. For the longest time I was light weight shorts (extra short on leg day) and a breathable light t-shirt or tank/beater/stringer. But recently I've gotten into wearing heavy weight pump covers, heavier long sleeve shirts, and hoodies/heavy sweatshirts (especially on leg day). Still in shorts, haven't gone full coverage yet, but probably will in the winter as my garage cools down. Just for lifting. Any cardio I'm wearing as little as possible.

When running test,eq,npp I've read so many different things on ratio to test. Ive ran test/tren before and also test/mast.
