How very frustrating to buy your feeder product and then have the doors keep closing whenever I walk away. The Bluetooth range is extremely short. The Wi-Fi won’t connect and the software the firmware will not download to my iPhone. There’s no manual setting on the doors. I don’t want my chickens to starve to death because I took a chance on your product. Can you tell me anything to solve any of these problems so I can just trust that my chickens can eat?

Hi everyone, I’m looking at different chicken coop designs and would love to hear what has made the biggest difference for people in everyday use. Is it better to have a larger walk-in coop, or is a smaller, simpler design easier to manage? I’m also wondering how important things like ventilation, easy cleaning, feed storage and access to the drinkers are. I’d like to make sure the chickens are comfortable, but also keep the daily routine as simple as possible. For those who have kept chickens for a while, what do you like most about your coop? Is there anything you wish you had done differently?

hi one & all i am thinking of getting a tracker collar for my new cat as already have had an escape for a couple of days, and there are a lot out there to choose from. does anyone have experience good or bad & any recommendations would be gratefully received.

I currently have four chickens in a Eglu Cube. I would say average size hens. I would like to increase to six chickens. It seems very cramped with four chickens although it's meant for six. Does anyone have any experience with six birds in the Eglu Cube? I'm concerned some hens will not go in at night due to the overly close quarters. Appreciate the feedback.

Hi Everyone, Hopefully you lovely people of the chicken community could help me out. So I’ve spent countless hours researching about chickens and we were super excited to get some as we want to have them as pets in our garden only 3 hens … but then comes the spanner in the works, our house deeds has a restrictive covenant stating no pigs pigeons and poultry to be kept on the land. Now after days of researching into this and the laws, I’ve just spent an hour crying as I feel like my dream has been crushed and I’m exhausted trying to make this happen. No land for sale, allotments have a crazy waiting list and ideally having them at home would be the best mentally for me. I do suffer with extreme anxiety and worrying will be the death of me. So for everyone I’ve spoken to saying just get them doesn’t give me peace of mind. Equally I don’t want to spend thousands of pounds trying to get something changed. Please someone tell me there is still a chance somewhere. Thanks in advance.

One of our hens just hatched baby chicks that are in the nesting box. I am not sure if I need to find a ground level home for the chicken and babies and if they need to be separated. Thank you for your help

Hi, our Smart Automatic door shows offline on the app, but on the control panel it shows online with 100% signal strength. We’ve rebooted our internet and the control panel. It briefly reconnects and then goes offline again on the app. Has anyone else ran into this problem with their smart automatic door? If so, how did you resolve the problem?

Hi, so I currently have my coop and run (eglu cube plus a bit of an extension on the run) on patio slabs because I am in the process of doing over the garden and relocating them. My question is, what can I put on the floor to deal with the poop? I can't realistically get to the space under the coop atm so I need something low maintenance that will reduce the slight odour and flies!

Hi i I am currently using sawdust to line nesting area and dropping tray. Does anyone have any better suggestions for an absorbent liner in dropping tray to enable cleaning every 3 days . Will pick out solids daily

Hi got my three hen poults 8 days ago. Cleaned the coop for the second time yesterday and there was a strong smell of ammonia. Have an Eglu go up. Use wood shavings as bedding. Weather is hot. My girls are fed in growers pellets and have fresh corn .Any tips welcome.

I’m having trouble with my older auto door - not app. The control panel switches off within seconds. It shows 100% battery but I need to remove a battery to get it to switch on each time and the time resets so the door won’t open/close at the set times. Has anyone else had this problem?
