Modafresh is a medicine associated with promoting wakefulness in people who experience excessive daytime sleepiness due to certain sleep disorders. Depending on the condition, a healthcare professional may recommend it to help improve daytime alertness and make it easier to stay awake during normal activities. Modafresh does not cure the underlying sleep disorder, and its use should be based on a proper medical evaluation. The recommended dosage can vary depending on the individual’s condition and response to treatment. Some people may experience side effects such as headache, nausea, dizziness, or difficulty sleeping. Anyone considering Modafresh for a sleep disorder should discuss their symptoms, other medicines, and medical history with a qualified healthcare professional before use. Hi , Your story really resonated with me because I experienced something very similar a few years ago. I had constant pressure around my sinuses and ears, along with headaches, dizziness, and that feeling of “fullness” in my head. Like you, I noticed temporary relief whenever my ears would pop, but the pressure always seemed to return. After seeing several specialists and trying different approaches, my symptoms gradually improved over time. In my case, understanding the underlying cause and working closely with healthcare professionals made a big difference. Recovery wasn’t immediate, and there were many frustrating days when I felt like nobody understood what I was experiencing. What I learned is that persistent symptoms don’t necessarily mean they are permanent. It can take time to find answers, but improvement is possible. Reading your post reminded me of how isolated I felt during that period, so I wanted to let you know you’re not alone. I hope you continue searching for answers and find the right support. Wishing you the very best on your journey toward recovery.
I am extremely weak most days. I have had MCAS for a long time but I have just recently been formally diagnosed. I am seeing a lot more symptoms of my illness now that I never realized before. Can someone talk about what they experience with MCAS? I would like to know what this illness is like for others.
Mcas is rough. I hope you find the info u need.
I have Mcas as well. Everyday is a struggle. It’s nice to be able to talk to others that have this as well.
I want to be part of this group please.

Hi everyone, I’m 28 man, I’ve been struggling with frustrating digestive issues for about 3–4 years now. My main symptom is constant bloating—in the morning it’s only slight, but as the day goes on, it gets progressively worse. My bowel movements are completely unpredictable; I rotate between constipation, diarrhea, or firm, sticky stools that adhere to the toilet bowl. There are days when my stool is normal, but that’s a rare exception. On top of that, I experience frequent abdominal gurgling and rumbling, as if gas and liquids are mixing together and creating blockages in my intestines, interrupting normal digestion. I’ve noticed that certain foods significantly worsen the bloating and overall symptoms: sweets, milk, alcohol, highly processed carbs, and creatine monohydrate (though creatine HCl doesn’t cause as much trouble). Coffee also disagrees with me, though that was an issue even before these broader gastrointestinal problems started. Interestingly, I’ve noticed similar symptoms in most of the people close to me—family and friends. It feels as though we caught something from each other, and since no one has recovered spontaneously, I doubt it’s a standard short-term infection that the body clears on its own. My working hypothesis is that it might be a chronic bacterial, fungal, or parasitic infection that triggered severe intestinal dysbiosis. As for diagnostic tests: about 2.5 years ago, I had a gastroscopy that revealed chronic (+) active (+) antral gastritis, negat
Hi everyone, I’m a 32-year-old woman and I’m very worried about my symptoms. About 25 days ago, I developed a hard swelling near the DIP joint of my middle finger (close to the nail). The swelling is still there, although it seems a little smaller than before. When I fully bend my finger, I feel pain in that exact area. Over the last few weeks, I’ve also been experiencing joint pains in different fingers that come and go. The pain usually lasts for a few minutes and then disappears. Sometimes it’s in my PIP joints, sometimes in my DIP joints, and then it moves to another finger. In the mornings, I sometimes wake up with pain in my PIP and DIP joints. When I repeatedly open and close my hands for a few minutes, the pain goes away. I also occasionally have pain in other joints, but my finger symptoms worry me the most. About 2–3 months ago, before any of these symptoms started, I had some blood tests done for unrelated reasons. My CRP was 0.08 (normal <0.5), and my ANA test was negative. I saw an internal medicine doctor, and after examining my finger, he told me it didn’t look like anything serious or like inflammatory arthritis. He thought it might be a local problem rather than arthritis. I have an appointment with a rheumatologist, but unfortunately the earliest available appointment is in three months. I am extremely anxious and terrified that I might have rheumatoid arthritis. Has anyone experienced similar symptoms that turned out NOT to be rheumatoid arthritis? Did anyo
Hello, I know this is old, but i am wondering how you are doing now. I’m lost. I am very much similar to you.
I have been suffering with Neck Pain/stiffness and pins and needles down left side of neck into my shoulder. I discussed my MRI results with my GP who has referred me to a Spinal Surgeon for assessment. I dont know what to expect now. Here are my results if anyone has experienced anything similiar. Findings: There is reversal of the normal cervixal lordosis. There are multilevel disc osteopath bars with some flattening of the Spinal cord at C5-6 and C6-7 with possible subtle hyperintense cord signal changes at C6-C7. Together with some joint athropathy, there is moderate to severe left C4, bilateral C5,C6,C7 and C8 neuroformal stenosis Any advice please
