I'm really hoping someone can advise me. I was disqualified for drink driving in 2022 and I've just received a notice of intended prosecution for careless driving, failure to stop and failure to report. I'd only had the car a week and it's automatic not manual, always drive with my music blasting and I didn't realise I'd hit anything till I saw a hole in the front of my bumper. I also didn't realise you were supposed to report an incident to the police. Will I get another ban??

Over the weekend I had me and the Mrs had our first night out since our baby was born after dropping him to his nans. Great night but ended up in arguments, I decided to sit in the car to cool off for a bit but being drunk I decided to have a drive around and ended up crashing into a parked car. I apologise for the long post. I just need some advice please. 4 months ago I had a mental health crisis and all my brain was saying was I needed to hurt myself or even unalive myself. I downed a bottle of wine, got in my car, closed my eyes and crashed into a roundabout. The police took me to hospital to check for injuries and after a few hours they took a blood sample. Please,in January 2026 i was stoped by police and breathing alcohol test was below 80 procent,i was in Court and sentence is for 1 year and 1 month disqualification-i passed a course which was recommended by Court,i can apply for reduce a suspended period? Thank you

last year I received a ban for a DG10, I received a ban and fine, my ban is now coming to an end, when I applied for my provisional I declared mixed personality disorder, OCD, Anxiety disorder and a childhood heart condition. I declared that in late 2022, moving forward to 2026 I have now only got one diagnosis of mixed personality disorder, and I haven’t seen a specialist for my heart in over 10 years.
