I've recently bought a converted Nissan Elgrand E51 pop top campervan and still getting used to it and discovering it. It's a lovely drive and today I took it from near Edinburgh up through Glencoe to Ballahullish. This is a minute's worth of footage from my dashcam while in Glencoe I was totally amazed by the number of motorhomes, campervans and general tourists that were around Glencoe even though this is early September. And on the way back there was another RTC on the... Read more

Ok, so nothing is announced yet, but, I would hazard a guess the it will be 25, 26th, 27 June. So, let’s get the party started. I nominate @Madfish to organise again as he loves it, and does a mint job.
I recently fitted heavy duty rear springs to my Elgrand and it made a lot of difference. It’s much better. However I left the standard shockers since they looked fine and standard front springs. Does anyone have any advice for if these need doing aswell?

I guess there must be plenty of posts relating to this but not very good navigation. I have one LAZY rear side window which needs a few pushes with the switch to fully open and close. The other one doesn't open at all but I do hear a click when I push the switch. I guess it's needs unseizing. How best to take off interior coverings to expose motor/linkage?

Not exactly technical, but my bonnet latch is stuck and I need to top up my oil. It opened yesterday morning when I checked the oil. Later in the afternoon... it's stuck. I've tried to spray WD40 in it but didn't budge it. Going to try again today. Any suggestions?
