In just over a week I will had my SV237 MK for 4 years. In the first 2 years I had some issues with random static and noise issues which were related to the 6N1P-EV tubes. It took nearly 2 years to figure out that the problem was the tubes I was purchasing had severely corroded pins which caused intermittent contact. I finally got a pair of 6N1P's with gold plated pins and the problem has not come back since. The sound of the amp is very punchy and dynamic and suits my taste of classic... Despite 312K+ topics over 24 years,there doesn't appear to have been one devoted to Siouxsie and the Banshees,so time to put that right.
