Eu ainda não me adaptei ao hbMake por preguiça, ainda uso .bat e com ele compilo testes usando as varias versões de Borland e Harbour/xHarbour passando como parâmetro quais eu quero. Uma coisa que pode causar a não inicialização do MySQL é corrompimento da pasta DATA. Renomei-a para _DATA, crie outra pasta e inicie o MySQL para ver se o mesmo sobe.
