I have an IQ panel 4 but no master code. I followed the instructions on resetting the panel but it still asks for the code. What or how do I correct this?

Still having same issue with remote panel lighting up during the night. Last night I saw it just after it happened. It showed a message synchronizing date. Why would it light up to do this and can I program it not to? (Qolsys panel 5 remote)

Yes it worked during a my initial walk test. Also it shows activity right after the disarm from my wife. I also verified the relay when the light came on the sensor. The system was armed stay so I was not able to confirm fault status at the keypad.

I see that the system was disarmed at 9/9/2026 at 5:24:15 am with no activity from the motion before that. Is this the time you were having an issue with? If it is, then it may be something with the motion as it did not trigger. When you test walk it, does it show as triggered on alarm.com?

We don’t have a much hands-on experience with these. They’re a work-around we found after people started reporting problems. I was going to recommend getting a 883LM, open it up and solder, but then discovered there is a company that sells them pre-rigged like that. I would also go with the wired but I assume wireless would work equally well.

@jwcsurety appreciate you looking into it. Looks like the best action is to replace with the Zwave locks to go with a native solution.

Exact specified times are not available and not published in documentation. Likewise it looks like Schlage integration docs do not disclose any SLA expectations for latency. Schlage support documents suggest possible times up to 30-40 seconds with various causes. Presumably somewhat common given the specificity of the time in that article. @jwcsurety did ADC ever get you a response?

This morning I noticed my Smart Disarm did not work. I have a hardwired motion sensor on my Vista system tied to the rule for disarming. Yesterday it worked fine, but this morning ADC did not register the sensor trip but it was reported locally on the device itself. I was in the room for about 10 mins before I finally disarmed locally. My wife came out 10 mins later and the device registered the signal for that event. Is there a sleep process for a Honeywell Vista that occurs or ADC for idle during the night. Just thought it was odd that the rule worked instantly yesterday but not today.

Ryan I also had questions on this is it still 2023 and newer have issues. My My Q was manufactured May 2022.
