the new Tacoma has me second guessing myself. back story I recently went off the deep end and decided to ditch the sports car to get back into the dirt... Figured I could get one of the best side by sides on the market and a used gen 2 Raptor to pull it with for what I could sell the sports car for...I have a Bronco, but it only has a 3500 lbs towing capacity and the set up I have is about 3800 lbs and don't want to beat up the Bronco(which apparently is my "wife's car" anyways ..lol) So... was hunting gen 2 Raptors, but now........

Hey gang, as you know this is my first taco. It is an 06 v6 a/t prerunner. Here is my question...is it normal to have a slight surge under acceleration? If not how do I fix it? I've cleaned the throttle body and replaced the gasket but it's still there.

Hi, my wife just picked up the 2026 TRD off road with the iforce max motor in mudbath. I’ve had nothing but Toyota trucks for years but haven’t had a Tacoma since my 2004. we had the factory leveling kit installed before we picked it up but haven’t changed the wheels/ tires yet so it looks a bit silly. we have the 265/70/18’s on it stock, I’m not looking to get crazy, my TRD pro and Jeep are the main trail rigs so I’m thinking 275/70/18’s which should fill up the wheel wells a little... Taco family. Please help before I crash out. I am on the island of Guam where good mechanics are few and far between and I don’t trust what the only taco dealership is saying. I have a howling noise that I perceive to be coming from the driver side wheel area. Starts around 20mph and increases in volume and frequency as I increase speed. Just wanted to introduce myself and share my recent Unicorn find. I found her up in Seattle a couple weeks ago on FB marketplace. I flew up to Seattle picked up the truck then did a 1,000-mile road trip back to Idaho. 2014 DBLC TRD Sport with 13,431 original miles. The current tires and wheels are from a 2024 Toyota 4Runner. I've already purchased new TRD 17" wheels in Gloss Gunmetal Gray. I still haven't decided on which A/T tires I'll go with. After much seat cover research on this site I... Newbie Here!!

Posting this in the spirit of the popular thread, What Have You Done to Your Tacoma Today . Took the family out along the Cottonwood Trail here in the Southern NV. A moderate trail with plenty of dips, rocks and gravel to make it fun. The payoff was getting up to the Overlook. Just beautiful. Makes me appreciate being outdoors.
