Landscaping in Great Park new homes

Hello, About to buy a new home in GP and of course Lennar doesn’t include the landscaping. Does anyone have any experience with getting landscaping done for new homes in GP? And any recommendations for landscapers and idea of cost? Thanks!!

Markets sold off day after and given SA was 4x leveraged, he was forced to sell his public positions and was bought by Citadel for 0.40-0.50 to the dollar. CRAZY stuff and quite frankly I’m surprised it’s even legal. Article... Read more

Retail Openings and Closures

I just read that Jalapeno's in Woodbury closed on Aug 31. Man, that center is strange when it comes to what survives. Subway and Tutti Frutti (frozen yogurt ala Yogurtland where you serve yourself and put on toppings) are supposed to open in Woodbury. It was more expensive before but just lowered their prices last week. The late night price is Mon-Thu from 9:30-11p but you may want to check with them as they are in flux with their new pricing. The last time I went they were still 7 Japanese but I like the... Read more
