Been reviewing over these latest threads.. we just completed our first 3.6.. so IT IS ACTIVE AND LIVE folks!! It won't get delayed-so just Suck it up!! Being a Veteran-you just need to Improvise and Adapt! Need to just DEAL WITH IT. Total does have some bugs but their daily workshops have been AWESOME-we recommend those after being ON HOLD for over 2 hours! The last I looked, Total recommended only Samsung tablets to work with 3.6 Is that true? What do you use?

I just got a request from Hometap for a conventional 1004URAR at $385.00. It's time everyone stopped accepting below market fees. They took it away and placed it somewhere else when I asked for $100 more. What desperate soul is willng to put up with this job for $385??? I had a lot of faith in this profession 15 years ago when I started--I have lost it all over the past 3 years. I just want to know what at=re the resonable charge for the new UAD 3.6 Has someone n=made one already and how much the banks are willing to pay? The F72 or 1025 is a PITA P - pain (guess the rest) For example in a4 unit house where all units are different you may probably need 12 rent compatables What is the fair price of this? and for the single family?

My interior GLA of condos is about 10-20% less than the GLA on the tax records. Usually I can find comps that work using the reported GLA. But the one I'm doing now is pretty tight, so I did this. Anyone tried this or thinking about it? Not thrilled about the idea of cloud based software. I like to keep my own files and databases. However, if this can assist in producing reports in the short term until I get all the nuances, it might be worth paying for a year. Does anyone know if these reports are downloadable?
