For fun, I’ve made a pedal based on the excellent DaisySeedProjects 125B @kshep hardware. Hoping some one with more experience , expertise , and knowledge will take a look at my layout. See if anyone can spot anything wrong or something needs added or removed. Or even general criticism. I'm thinking its good to go and have been refining the layout for a week or 2 and feel pretty confident about it. A while back I got a mod kit off Ebay for my stock Ibanez TS9, converted it closer to 808 specs, and also ended up changing some values of the low pass filter. What those values were I can't remember off the top of my head, I'll have to open it up and double check, but I really liked the way it came out. Hi Folks. I've got a few Fairfield Circuitry inspired builds (Chop Shop, Nein) almost done and it's time to get into measuring the JFET's. Coming from a non-engineering background I've pored over any videos on Youtube that remotely mention measuring JFET, IDSS, or both. Many mention measuring typical looking 3 leg transistors. I am still weaning off kits but when one comes along I like I grab it. Rattlecan hammered dark bronze Upgraded to Lundbergs Came with a white LED for blinding the user when on Perfect kit, everything there and planned for with a very nice fit and flow.
