Mixing Enamel paint with Lacquers?

Hi all — I recently picked up the sign/poster from the 12th Annual Hot Wheels Collectors Convention (Anaheim, CA, October 15–19, 1998). It came with the 1998 30th Anniversary Collection poster and the convention program. There are 12 signatures on it. I've made my own attempt at reading them, but I'm deliberately not posting my list yet — I'd rather see what people read with fresh eyes before I steer anyone. I have always wanted to build one of these, with the lower price re-issue of the Revell USS Enterprise kit and looking over the parts I realized this would be a perfect kit to do this with. My work so far on it, a build log will follow soon.

Ok, I google and google but never find a definitive answer. I would like to know what are the Heaviest by weight 1/64 hot wheels cars. Everytime I google people say its the Drag bus. I recently got in a Rocket Oil Tanker from the designer dreams set and to me in my hand it feels heavier than the drag bus. Is it? So If possible could any of you list if you know the heaviest by weight 1;64 hot wheels in a list of lets say 10. heaviest to lightest. I have some that I know will make the list... Lets talk Weight!
