For parents who work full-time and have two or more kids, how are you realistically fitting exercise into your week? Between work, school schedules, meals, errands, and everything else that comes with having kids, I feel like fitness is one of the easiest things to keep pushing to "later." But as I get older, I'm becoming more aware that I probably can't keep treating exercise as something I'll get around to when life becomes less busy. I'm especially curious about parents in their 40s or... Parents with full-time jobs, how do you actually make time for fitness?

My son's soccer team held a potluck at our place after the championship game in May. I stocked up on chips, drinks, and paper goods at the local supermarket without checking for deals. The total came to almost double what I expected for twelve kids. Now I keep seeing ads for coupon books. Do you use coupons? Where do you get them and is buying them worth the cost?

Before his senior year started about 9 months ago my son had been thriving with a new urologist he started working with after being diagnosed with an overactive bladder and urge incontinence and primary nocturnal enurisis at the end of his freshman year. He had managed to really make great strides in reducing his bedwetting between the summer going into sophomore and junior year. My son was a great football... Teenage son having wetting accidents again how do i help?
My oldest son (13) is circumcised unlike my younger son so I have been supplying him with some water based lube knowing his skin may get irritated. I mentioned this to a friend and she looked at me like I had three heads. Is this not normal? I know intact boys dont need it but are other moms of circumcised boys not making lube available to them?
My daughter does well academically and reads a lot but standardized tests feel like a different world for her. I’m easing into SAT prep since this is my first time navigating it. We started with light weekly work and tried Beestar because it fit her schedule. Did a low-pressure start help your kids later on?
