I'm just starting a journey to $1k/month with SaaS. I have a lot of software engineering experience but 0 marketing. I've been looking at finding ideas, and I saw a lot of people on Youtube talking about SaaS that suggest building your personal brand, and showing the steps as you're building so you can use youtube as your marketing channel.
