2003 Yamaha FZ1 32k Miles $3,500 obo You are looking at a well maintained first generation FZ1. I've owned this since 2019 at ~16k miles. Many have come and gone but this bike remained in the stable the longest because it's such a fantastic bike. It's been all over the country and never set a foot wrong. Selling because my days of spending extended periods of time away from home on long distance rides are over. Very reluctant to sell because truly, there is no other bike out there like... Read more

Hi all, Has anyone made aux light brackets that bolt under the mirror stalks? It appears to be a strong mounting location. The lights would end up relatively high above the headlights, and tucked in for looks and drop protection. If so, please send pics or better yet, dimensions and bend angles. I have a pair of rigid industries D2 dually lights I just pulled off another motorcycle. They're a bit big ( ~3.25" cubes and Way brighter than needed). I'm also switching the headlights... Read more
I'm looking to see if anyone has modified the center stand at all. The footpeg part is too close to the peg in my opinion, and I was thinking of cutting it down a bit and wanted to see if anyone has done it before.... Thanks in advance!
It's that time of year and the fireworks have already begun.
Hello! It happens that my FZ1 Fazer, gen 2, if I'm riding with 31~mph(50km\h) it shows me on dash I'm riding with 50mph(80km\h). At this speed, it's off by 19mph, that's 60% more showing on dash. When I'm on highway , riding with 60mph(100kmh) it shows me i m doing 80mph(130kmh). That s 23% difference. I know that 5-10% is normal for most of the bikes, but 60% at 30mph it s way to much. I removed and cleaned the sensor tip, I don t know what to do next, I red that i can measure some values... Read more

This Scott Irish coonass had an awesome day riding in Louisiana today. This bike is a beast when the temp is at about 73° and 28 % humidity. Could feel my back tire break loose in second as I rolled on it hard, tire was cold tho. Gotta change it soon too. Getting the same tires Perrelli Angel GT, dual compound, these tires grip! I'll sacrifice some longevity for grip. Anybody else had a good ride today

Anyone actually measured and set the nut under the fork cap to the mystical 12mm? Friend had a suspension guru swap his fork springs and said guru had never heard of it, even after he was a Yamaha mechanic for 20+ years. I see it kinda referenced in Haynes manual but not in the factory sm. Experienced thoughts and imput?
I noticed that my jacket zipper was scratching my tank so I installed a tank pad, first time I ever used one of these things. Seems good so far. Found a cheap deal on a set for an XSR that even says XSR, but whatever it's still a Yamaha.
