I began hunting when I was seven years old with my dad and brother. I instantly developed a true love for it and being outdoors. My very first bow was a toy bow from the Cherokee mountains in North Carolina. I loved that stick and string and flung a ton of arrows back then. I didn't really start shooting though until I was around fourteen when I started shooting a used Easton Hoyt compound. The bow was massive and about five inches too long in draw length as the apex of the string was at my... The Brand Game is exhausting!

recently got some rip xv 300 spines in for hunting this year, I am yet another person looking for the best half out or insert/collar system that fits these well! Please give me pros and cons to both systems and which ever you have experience with. Also I am a hunter on a teachers salary (kinda low haha), so I got .006 version of them, when cutting them should I only cut from one end or equal from both ends? Thank you in advance.
My boys edge max does not have serving on the factory cable. Tying in a QAD , trying a d loop but it slips with enough pressure. Tied a nock set and helped some but still slips. Anyone have a quick video how to tie these in in a way it wont slip or how to tie a knot above with some serving material that wont slip? Again, no factory serving to help me
I’ve been 3D printing things for a couple years now. Mostly knick knacks and some replacement parts. Thought I’d see if anyone had printed parts they find useful for Archery or outdoor use in general.
One of my favorite things to find in the woods are old abandoned tree stands. No I'm not talking about the ones that a Hunter left there last week!!! I'm talking about the old ones that of been there for several years. On a piece of public land I used to hunt when I was younger I would find multiple homemade stands in the trees, most of them were made out of wood and rotting away. I always wondered about the stories they could tell! I bring this topic up because recently while scouting a new... The abandoned treestand thread
I got a new setup this year and I'm shooting decent speeds right now. 308 fps. Avg deer where I live is about 130 to 140lbs and they're on speed. I got a 3 pin vertical HHA on my arc 30 . Right now I got my top pin set at 30 yards which I haven't ever done before. Around 17 to 20 yards seems to be my highest point of impact at 2.25 to 2.5 inches high. I just been aiming low when I know I'm at about 20 yards which to be honest ain't all that hard to do. 20 yards is pretty easy to guess. I have... Trying something different
See how much pride your 250th has!
How Many turns can you take off of a Prime REVEX 34 or 36 ? Cant seem to find it on the Prime Website.
Just got a drive nxt, shoots good now, however the other evening the bottom stop failed to hit properly, and the cams over rotated and the cables ended up in between the mod and cam. Everything is back together now and working ok, but the bottom stop is not centered on the string. I just got the bow NOS for 300 dollars, working with the seller to try and register for warranty although I won't be terribly upset if I can't for the price. Anyway, I don't believe this has evolve cams, but is... Pse drive nxt draw stop issues
I have never seen this much but is it ok to hang an unstrung recurve like this by the string at the end thanks
Getting ready to setup some 9.3 max gold tip arrows for indoor. My draw length is 26.5 inches and shooting 54lbs roughly. Just seeing what everyone recommends for vanes and point weight.
