The ASME propane tank in my road trek is approaching 20 years old. The underside of the tank has lost much of its paint and has surface rust. I have not had any facility refuse to refill It, but I'm thinking replacement may be a good idea at this point. I am optimistically hoping to get another 10 years out of this rig.

Wolff touring Vans has a 21 foot pro master super high roof, 7 foot tall ceiling, with a true dry bath and not in the rear of the van so as not to obstruct rear views. Totally separate toilet room with corner sink and separate shower room. 50 gallons of water, 30 gallons gray, 20 gallons toilet water. All tanks above the van floor. Automatic levelers. Three models to choose from.

I'm wondering if anyone has had to fix a leak in the large Roadtrek exterior side cabinet? I get water pooling in one of the latch areas and this leads to water getting inside the cabinet. Is there a replacement gasket trick or should a new latch be purchased and that should take care of the issue?

Newbie here....wife and I are looking at Noovo and Coachmen Beyond based on what we believe our use case will be with some boondocking/off grid use. Haven't decided on a particular model yet. This will be our first purchase of an RV. My question is around requiring a generator or going Lithium Battery with solar panels only. My concern is on cloudy days the Lithium Batteries may drain with heavy AC use on hot and humid days. Noovo suggested doubling down on the Lithium batteries... Read more

We just returned from our east coast trip. While in the beginning of our trip, we stopped at a scale and found that we were 10,040lbs, 440lbs over GVWR of 9600lbs. Upon return, we unloaded our gear from the van, filled the fuel, water and propane tanks and my wife and I went to get a "base" weight. With only our cooking gear, chairs, mats, etc in the van and without any clothes, food or tools/gear for even a night on the road, we weighed 9620lbs - still overweight. Today, I... Read more

This is about the suspension changes to our 2010 210P on the Express 3500 chassis. Current mileage 76k. Stock AR wheels and stock LT245/75R16 tires. It’s no secret that this era of vans are overloaded. I decided to improve the suspension on ours based on the excellent information in this forum. I’ve spent several weeks going through every related thread I could find since mid-2000’s (Booster, Hondo, Photog, etc.) including related website info, and I’ve compiled quite a few pages of notes...
