Cara, Se ele está vazando pela tampa (que é pelo lugar correto, pois ela é igual a uma válvula da tampa da panela de pressão), o sistema está com alguma avaria na junta do cabeçote; que está permitindo que venha compressão da área de combustão do motor, para o sistema de arrefecimento. O que eu te recomendo: pesquise vídeos no YT sobre esse defeito, para se inteirar do defeito e depois procure um bom reparador para buscar a correção. Pense que se a tampa (vedar e não vazar), alguma mangueira vai ceder em algum lugar e vai criar um vazamento no sistema e a água vai baixar.
