Hi all I know I have read about this on here but have never experienced it. My female had her teeth cleaned on Wednesday and today is Sunday ; I noticed my dog having head tremors for the first time ever , she is 8 1/2 years old; I should probably mention they had to remove 3 teeth from various reasons. I don’t know if there is a connection or not. If you have experience this can you please chime in.

I've been mourning the loss of my Chewbaca long enough (we had him for 11 years 2011-2023) and it's time for a puppy. I'm looking for a breeder in Arizona (preferably Western AZ) but we're willing to travel to Phoenix or Tucson areas if necessary. Prefer docked and cropped already if possible. We're looking for rare color such as blue or fawn but would be happy with red again. Looking for good temperament. We'd appreciate recommendations. Thank you Sam C. Yuma, AZ
My now 12 month old intact male has been in professional training since 14 weeks. He has been socialized with trained dogs, grew up in a house full of roommates with people constantly coming and going. A few months ago he started showing signs of human aggression toward people when off leash so I stopped his off leash training for a bit. Then he started lunging at people that walk maybe a tad to close or if they’re talking to me. He has bit two people, not hard, but he has bit them. I sent... Aggressive Adolescent

Hello to all you incredible DT members! First and foremost, thank you for all the contributions of tips, suggestions, tricks and guidance that goes along with raising a well cared for and trained dog. Hard to believe, but I first wanted/researched a Doberman and joined this forum in 2011. Fast forward almost 10 years, it's time for my first post. That's normal, right? In this period of time, I learned a lot from all of you, so thank you again. Now to the fun part! I was finally... Long overdue introduction - Mako the Magnificent
Hi all, been on the forum a long, long time ago when I had a doberman as my family dog when I was growing up and 6 days ago I got my very own (then) 10 week old puppy Mila. She's now just turned 11 weeks and is a mix of European and American lines - one of her American ancestors is Dabney's Phenomenon aka Agador who I believe was a pretty famous show dog over there but I am based in Ireland. Her mum was very tall for a female doberman and the breeder thinks she's going to be a big girl... My Puppy Mila

Nationwide is not renewing our policy. They are offering us a new policy. From 90% reimbursement to 80%. Annual limit from $7,500 to $5,000. And premium for both has increased by over $70/month. $7,500 has already proven not to be enough. Maddox's chronic Lyme is already not covered. Not sure if there are any other pre-existing conditions I'd have to worry about.
Hello doberman owners. My male just turned 2 on july 28 and I taught him a new trick 5 months ago. I trained him to wipe his own mouth after drinking water because he drools alot after drinking and I got tired of wiping the floor 6 times a day. By the water bowl is a bowl with a towel over it i ducked taped it so it doesn't move around alot. You would think now since he knows it he would do it automatically. He was doing good at first but then now he doesn't want to listen or maybe he is... New dog trick issues
Ok guys, I need some opinions. I have been wanting a Doberman and have done my homework on them. Just waiting until the right time to get one. BUT I saw a post on a local fb page about a German Shepherd mix needing a home. They can’t tell me too much about her right now. They just said they’ve only had her a couple days. She is scheduled for a vet check tomorrow & is on a “stray hold” waiting to see if her owner is found. They don’t know her age but hoping the vet can give an estimate... Need help with this decision
