try different speed, i think that first time when u read rom, terminal doesn't fuction.

try different speed 48600 , i think that first lecture is bad because terminal dont read good your support

Thank you, I reinstalled the terminal and now it reads well with another Seagate LM drive. So the problem is with this specific drive. could it be due to the "reading and writing" process using the programmer? should I write back the original ROM?

try reinstalling the terminal, check the cable, the software version on that model must be able to read the rom and unlock it, I can do it even with previous versions, change the cable and try with other seagates.
