Training plans now supported

MartinFaisant: I can send it in the description but it doesn’t set a target in my garmin watch for exemple. Read the Quick Syntax Guide for correct syntax in the description. YOu also have to setup your Pace/Power/Heartrate zones for that activity type on the settings page.

Training plans now supported

Thanks for this feature. it is really nice. Is there anyone who know how to set up a step with pace intervals with the api ? I can send it in the description but it doesn’t set a target in my garmin watch for exemple.

Tymewear owners - worth it?

Funny. Same story here. I’ve practically stopped paying attention to heart rate. But one thing still has value for me. During developmental workouts, in the warm-up — if I see my heart rate is lower than my usual values, my CNS is probably suppressed and I won’t be able to execute the workout properly. And vice versa: if overall I feel fine and my HR during warm-up is at or even slightly above expectations, the developmental session will probably go great. Other than that, yeah, ventilation is the boss.

Aerobic Decoupling

Cardiac drift after 90 to 120 minutes at the same power is usually a fueling or heat problem before it is a fitness problem. Lock carbs at 60 to 80 grams an hour from the start of the ride and keep core temp down. Fan and light kit. If drift still shows up, drop the next hard day by 10 to 15 percent volume and retest. I would not treat one decoupling chart as the fitness story until those two are clean.

Am I overtraining or what's happening to me?

Cap hard work at 3 hours a week and about 20 percent of total volume. When week four still feels heavy, the deload is not optional. Cut the hard days first. Keep some easy riding. Then rebuild. If you already cut both and it is still not coming back, stay easy until feel and resting HR come back. Another hard week now usually digs a deeper hole.

IntervalCoach - AI workouts that adapt daily to your recovery and goals

Hi, I give the coach a chance because I thought, may be this AI is smarter than all the others you can find here. But why can the coach not remove a planned Bike workout for a Triathlon I am going to do instead. We talked twice in the chat that I am going to make short triathlon on Sunday and not the planned workout. He is confirming to make the change but in the calendar nothing happens. For me this should be a basic function - replacing a workout with something new. Thx looking into my complain Michael

Heart Rate Graph bug

If it’s only writing workouts (not the activity itself), you could also disable the update activity checkbox (writing) if that app. Please report back, if something has changed in a few days
