Hi all, my 2016 c class reverse camera has broken. One of the wires has sheered away right where it goes into the wiring loom. Is this fixable? Can you replace the loom? I have bought a couple of camera from eBay but they’re not the same as mine and since this has happened the reverse parking sensors and the self park doesn’t work either. Would this camera being fixed sort this issue? Hoping someone has come across this and can guide me on the best route to go down? TIA

It's never bothered me in the past or even in the future. I always say it is what it is & if your concerned, get a mini Anyway, Iwas looking at the Mercedes me app on my phone & noticed that it gives you a fuel consumption reading from Start. My car is an S63 AMG Coupe & the average consumption from start is 9.4mpg. What's yours . Must go, need petrol

Hi - I have a 2007 Mercedes-Benz SLK 200 K. I have found hydraulic fluid on the interior of the roof but didn't know where it came from. The roof has now stopped working and I believe that it is the hydraulic vario roof pump that is the cause. I can't find anyone that will look at the pump to repair / replace. Does anyone know of any garage / person that would look at this. I'm in Dundee, Scotland - thanks very much for reading this post and any advice really welcomed.

A couple of us are going to spend an hour or two at the Sir Walter Tyrrell pub in the new Forest on the 8th September. SO43 7HD. If you are travelling via the New Forest, take care crossing the Ford. It is a nice venue, the weather is looking nice, plenty of parking and nice views across the forest.. the food is okay and the “toothless” barmaid is pleasant too… Please feel free to just turn up if you find yourself with nothing better to do..

Possibly one of the most boring threads on MBClub! But how long do your wipers last? I have hardly replaced any on the cars I’ve had, often lasting 5+ years even on daily drivers. I usually clean the glass and the blades when washing the cars and don’t abuse them (eg using them to scrape ice off like some people do!) Reason I ask is that when washing the GL for the first time in ages at the weekend, I noticed the rear wiper was split at both ends. I actually replaced all three... Read more
