While researching something else, I came across the following statement in a post on The Green Button: Quote: I'd hate to go back to the multiple HDPVR route alone. This suggests that the writer had already done it, but I've never heard of such a thing: Is it really possible to attach more than one Hauppauge HDPVR to the same cable DVR, and have each HDPVR capture a different channel? I asked the Brave Browser, and here's what it reported: Quote: can i use more than one hd pvr with the same dvr **Yes**, it is possible to use multiple HD-PVR devices with a single DVR setup, particularly when using software like **SageTV** or **NextPVR**. * **Software Configuration**: In SageTV, you can configure the system to recognize and utilize multiple HD-PVR units, allowing them to tune to different channels simultaneously. * **Channel Scanning**: Users have reported success by ensuring that **mc2xml** (used for TV guide data) is correctly configured; specifically, using a single token allows the system to handle multiple tuners without conflicts that might arise from separate guide downloads. * **Tuning Independence**: Once configured, each HD-PVR can blast to its own channel independently, enabling the recording or viewing of different programs at the same time. * **Limitations**: While multiple tuners allow for simultaneous recording, some legacy single-tuner DVRs or specific converter boxes may only allow one recording at a time, necessitating multiple hardware units to avoid conflict

Would be great when you click on a program for it to display actors, producers, director etc if available from the tv guide or perhaps from online. Also a movie section similar to media center where you can browse by movie type and see what is on from the guide data and maybe have big thumbnails to show.
I moved my HDHomeRun to another subnet. Changed my firewall rules...even setup UDP Broadcast Relay. I can view TV on NextPVR. I can direct browser to tuner and it displays information. When I go to HDHomeRun app, it can't seem to find any tuners. Not sure where to go from here. I would like to rescan channels. Any suggestions appreciated. As result of the ESPN API change noted here https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?tid=67133 I decided to update my VPS to current standards. I am not sure if I will keep the same remote server IP so stay tuned. Note that fix also fixed College Football. I have also added WNBA support so that will require a new client. Code: WNBA BASKETBALL =============== Dream vs. Sun Sep. 17 19:30 ET Sky vs. Mystics Sep. 17 20:00 ET Wings vs. Sparks Sep. 17 20:00 ET Fire vs. Mercury Sep. 17 22:00 ET Storm vs. Aces Sep. 17 22:00 ET Martin

Hi, I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to upgrade from 6.1.1.221106 on Windows 11 Pro. I use https://nextpvr.com/NPVRSetup.exe and the installer runs but when it is complete the version is still 6.1.1.221106. I have successfully run the installer on a different machine with NO version of NextPVR installed and this successfully installs 7.1.1.260616. The WebUI for the currently installed version (6.1.1.221106) normally indicates when a new version is available but this is not the case now. I have held off uninstalling and re-installing but this is an option if necessary, I can export all my recording data prior to uninstall. Any help gratefully received.

Was it expected that preseason games were not found in NextEnd database? Do I need to do anything to make sure things change prior to the regular season?

I'm having issues with NextPVR finding the ABC channels in Sydney. TVheadend found them with no issues. I've tried setting in config.xml to 10000 (default is 3000) but I don't think the app is actually using that setting as when I performed the scan, I see the line >>> Scanning 226500000 (the ABC frequency) changing in less than 10 seconds (around 3?) Below is the console output when I run the scan manually. There appears to be a lock on the 226.5MHz but no stations found?
