We got a new potting shed last year but it's also the base for the radio operations We have a Citizen's Band receiver/transmitter in there (which I'll cover tomorrow) but the main radio is short wave. View attachment 47458 The above one is a Sony. 40 years old but working perfectly. We can pick up stations from most of the World, well, got as far as Papua New Guinea and possibly Australia so far. So I'll start off with this scene from the movie FIrefox, where Clint Eastwood steals the top secret and most advanced fighter aircraft ever built by the Soviet Union.

This plant showed up a year or two ago outside. I have this one in with my potted Star Gazer lilies, and one in a sidewalk crack, a baby one near it in a flower bed. They are perennials. The internet claims it is a spider plant, but it is not like a spider plant. The leaves are thick and heavy. View attachment 47710
