Hello kite flyers I own for several years a rev reflex 1.5 spider (mid vent) which I enjoy flying a few times a year. (I know rev kites don't have the best reputation on here so please don't flame me! At the time I looked into other options and availability was an issue.) Today I flew it on a beach and the wind was a bit light, making me want a kite with no venting. Now I could order a standard rev rx but thinking of trying something different. It seems the djinn is widely regarded but perhaps not appropriate for my skill level? I can fly reasonably well in all directions but nothing special really! I have a set of 120ft 90lbs lines which ideally would carry over. Availability is also tricky here in the UK, especially factoring in import tax etc. I'd love to here what you guys would recommend! I am looking for 2 indoor kites. One I want to tether to a railing replacing the box kite you see in the photo and have it fly by itself on the light breeze coming from the air conditioner you can not see to the right. The other I want to fly by walking with it on the first floor. I prefer single line and somewhat small. Easy flying is more important that any certain style. Can you help me select the right one? Hi - Hopefully, this is the right forum. Recently picked up this gorgeous Kites of the Four Winds-Flurrie II. Currently, it's on a single line and even under good wind the kite angle flattens out at about tree level and won't go any higher. Someone suggested I should fit it with a bridle. I'd appreciate thoughts or a link on how to set this up. It's a hexagonal with a 36" spine and 19" edges. It currently has a 27" lead with a ring at 7".

Not sure if any of you are old enough to remember but just inherited about 20 kites and amongst them was this Red Arrow kite, still complete with instructions. I wonder of Trevor made any others. The kite dates from 1976 so now 50 years old
