Slow Tire Leak

I recently noticed one of my tires (front right) was getting low between rides. I calculated ~.25psi loss per day. The tires (AMS M2 Evil) have 2800 miles on them with ~3/8" tread depth left so I was planning on getting a few hundred more miles out of them. I don't see anything visually wrong with the tire, e.g. puncture, or rim so I'm wondering if the leak is at the bead (?). Valve? I haven't checked that; I can tighten it if necessary. I carry an inflator so I've been simply adding a... Slow Tire Leak

Lookin’ at a 18’

So my start into this UTV road has been bumpy, just got rid of a 1000R due to it being unsat mechanically I won’t pay new price for one of these as they drop off waaaay too fast, yet many of the used ones are very poorly maintenance and appear to be driven by crash test dummies lol Anywho, MIGHT have found a 18’ 4dr that may fit the bill, aside from measuring it to make sure it frame isn’t bent, listening for messed up CVs and overall stuff, anything to look out for on one of these? Thanks

Taking off-road machines into the States

I’m planning a trip to Moab later this fall and wondering about regulations for crossing the border. The info I find online refers to importing vehicles. Is this the term used when you take your own vehicle down? Have you been required to complete form EPA 3520-1 form? Thanks for any input. Don

Turbo not working?

Please bear with me, I know nothing about turbo engines. I was out riding the streets yesterday and I realized when I was hammering on it, I was not hearing the blow off valve as much. So I turned and went back home. I’m still driving 55 mph, but when I hammered on it, it seemed to limit itself to about 5500 RPM. Now, when I read the engine, the turbo doesn’t kick in at all, or the gate valve doesn’t open… whatever it does to make the cool swoosh noise, and when the engine wind down, you... Bead Lock Installation Best Practices

I'm fairly new to bead lock wheel tech even though I've been riding on them for nearly three years. I wanted to start a thread on sharing the dos and don'ts for installation. So my first question is, are forum members changing bead lock bolts for each tire change? This from Can-Am: Crucial Tech Note: Stock Can-Am beadlock bolts are often considered Torque-to-Yield (TTY) or heavily stressed by the factory, meaning they are prone to stretching or breaking if over-torqued or reused... Mav R - oil change- pro tip

Hey guys, the Mav R is much easier to change the oil than the X3 but it still makes a hell of a mess, but there are a couple easy steps to make it mess free. If you have an aftermarket skid plate it takes about 5 minutes to drop it and 10-15 to put it back on. About the same amount of time (with a lot less F bombs) as it does cleaning up the mess that you never really get all cleaned up. The tip I wanted to share is the manual and most videos tell you to pull both drain plugs, wait and then... Mav R - oil change- pro tip
