Afternoon all Its been a while
Just been to look at this,it's on a terraced type fairly new house construction.They had issues with cracks in the render and looks like previous fella stop beaded around fence post and property boundary leaving all corroded galvanised belcast in at door and window heads.Even went around Ring doorbell and Sky dish. We priced to cut transition perp,hack off old on three sides,set new beads and belcast and render. Feel like wasting our time pricing jobs now
But I can't do it this good
Hi I was wondering whether anyone could potentially advise me. I have been having continued problems with roughcasters where I am now questioning their due care & competence. The base coat has now been applied to the whole of the house and they now plan to apply the top coat and chips. On closer inspection however I have significant issues with the application of the base coat. All walls aren't consistently applied so there are visible "patches" throughout. I’ve started building a shed and, for better or worse, I’m using AI to design the whole thing — so we’ll see how that goes! Anyway, it created a full materials list for me, which I then took around to a few of my local builders’ merchants to get prices. I already have a property business, so I’ve got trade accounts with most of these places and a pretty good relationship with one merchant in particular.
