Old Toro a bit noisy

H morning all, I have this 1969 toro lawn tractor converted to a “hot rod” for our granddaughter. It was to noisy for her so I added an 8n muffler and tail pipe. Still too noisy. Any ideas? Or is there a motor that is quieter? All ideas welcome

First splitter, 3pt PTO or standalone gas? kinda lost

Hey folks, hoping someone can steer me right here. Had a couple trees come down over the summer and my neighbor said I can have whatever he drops this fall too, so I got a pretty good pile waiting on me. Plan is to actually burn wood this winter instead of just staring at it. Been looking at splitters and I honestly don't know which way to go. The 3pt PTO ones seem like a no brainer since I already got the tractor sitting there, but a lot of the standalone gas units at TSC aren't that much... YM146 Fuse Order and Dash Lamps

Hey all, Recently I got my hands on a 750 hour YM146. Previous owner got it from a neighbor and didn't know much about it. I got it non-running but after a while of bleeding injectors, a new battery and some cranking it now has smoke coming from the exhaust and feels like it wants to start. I've got the battery on a trickle charger so until it's recharged I wanted to figure out some electrical. The glowplugs are receiving power but the dash light doesn't come on. Neither does the "lightning... YM146 Fuse Order and Dash Lamps

Hardware Checker

Been a professional mechanic for 60+ years and trained 100's of guys to turn wrenches for a living. One of the things that is almost impossible to train a guy to do is to develop what I call a "mechanic's eye". A mechanic's eye is the ability to look at a bolt, bolt hole, or nut and know what size diameter and thread pitch you need. A guy has to develop it on his own, and until he does, he's going to waste 1,000's of steps back and forth to the nut/bolt bin. He's also gonna end up with a... Hardware Checker

Tie rod replacement cub cadet Ex3200

Wondering if anybody out there has a cub cadet EX 3200 front loader I got a log between my front axle and my tire rod and completely bent it to where I need a new one. The only one I can find is $539. I was wondering if I could get the measurements of the tie rod to see if I could find one cheaper to put on there but I can’t find the length of it anywhere, and I can’t measure mine because it’s bent

New here and in need of some manuals for a 2514B International Backhoe

Hi, My name is Jon Lavelle. I recently bought a 2514B Backhoe. Having issues with the backhoe swing and power steering not working. Does anyone have parts and repair manuals available for these they could email for a reasonable amount? Willing to pay just not wanting to break the bank on retail cost if manuals. Thank you in advance, -Jon
