Ok… I had meant to post dispatches from every day of this trip but this will be a lot more terse than I had planned. We are on day six of a trip from Portland, Oregon to Tofino, BC towing our recently acquired ‘05 2619 with our Rivian R1T. I chose the TM over other trailer types because I am towing with an electric vehicle had hoped that it would have a relatively low drag coefficient. This is proving to be true. Im seeing about a 25% to 35% reduction in range which is great. Plus it tows... Read more

We just became proud owners of a 2009 2720 Trailmanor, and really can't wait to take it out this month. I have a question, our short bed F150 truck's bed is going to be full, and I want to bring my regular mountain bike. Does anyone have any suggestions as to if a hitch receiver can be welded onto the back of the Trailmanor (if that is want it is called), so I can slide the bike rack into it? Thanks
Used light by adult couple not modified in any way, has facory solar panel.
Totally new to this type of trailer. I watched a video on the the setup of a 2026 2518 model. Question - solo traveler, so I am wondering if skipping most if not all of the interior setup is reasonable. Kinda caught me off guard on the cabinets and shower wall setup. Both I may can do without a majority of the time.
Passing along my TM. Starting to find it harder to open, close & set-up on my own. My travels tend to be 7-10 straight days and just too hard on the back and shoulders. So…. Purchased in 2022 and at that point I put new tires, brakes (complete) and therefore bearings. A little under 18k km’s on them. Replaced and relocated the water pump, and installed both fresh tank and water heater by-pass valves for winterizing. Set up for external solar panels - mppt controller & exterior sae... Read more
Hi, I own a 2 year old 2720QS and for some reason, the four 120 volt AC outlets stopped working. It doesn't matter whether we are plugged into shore power or running on battery. I reset all of the circuit breakers, checked the fuse at the battery and reset the GFCI but no luck. I don't see how 12v fuses could be causing this problem, so I haven't pulled each of them yet. The 12v lights are working. Have I missed anything? What else can I check for myself before I spend money taking it to my... Read more
Dometic absorption fridge and Coleman rooftop A/C. Both work as they should. $200 each item. Located in Willis Texas.
Trailer is located 30 miles north of Portland, Oregon. It is in good shape and pretty much stock. Previous owner added a Jensen stereo tuner as the only modification. There is a roll around cabinet that houses the microwave and adds 2 drawers of storage. AC blows cold; Furnace blows hot. Hot water heater works on both propane and electric. Toilet has a crack in it (on top where seat meets the rim) from one of the previous owners sitting down too hard - has not affected the usability of... Read more

Hey all, I got my first travel trailer! It’s an Elkmont Trailmanor. I have lots of questions. I’ve never owned a travel trailer and am 100% green at this. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I know my lights run on the solar but how does the fridge run and stay cold? Electrical outlets don’t work either? It’s in GREAT shape. I’m excited to take it out but I need to learn more. I got a stabilizing tow hitch and will be pulling with a 2018 Toyota Tacoma. The trailers dry weight is 2900 and I... Read more

We are selling our well-loved 2005 Trailmanor 3023 for $8,999. This unique "transformer" trailer offers 30' of living space when open but folds down to just 23' for easy towing and storage. The 3023 is the perfect "Goldilocks" model—large enough for a family but light enough to be towed by many properly equipped SUVs and minivans (Dry weight approx. 2,915 lbs). Key Features: * Swing Hitch: Reduces storage length by 2 feet, allowing it to fit in many standard garages. * Sleeping for 6... Read more
