Heya, I realize this is potentially not strictly a UAD problem, but wondering if anyone else has run into this or has a solution. In Logic Pro, in the track header you can add an On/Off button to tracks. When tracks are "Off" they are supposed to not just be muted, but not processing plugins. I noticed that this does not actually free up DSP when the track contains UAD2 plugins. Wondering if there is a solution? In this particular case I cannot "freeze" the tracks because they are AUX... Turning tracks "off" in Logic does not free up DSP for UAD2 plugins?

I got Luna Pro everytime i open it its saying "unable to locate luna license" & in UA Connect it says " Manage License" in red SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME THIS IS STRESSING ME TF OUT !!!!!

Hi ! I just received a second hand Apollo Solo. The seller did the transfer process on its side (it's shown in "in progress" on its end). I registerer the device on my account with its serial number and when I go in UAD control panel and clic authorize plugins I have an Unknown Error showing. Everything is installed properly and up to date (I can use the apollo and I used to have a Twin a couple of months ago). I also tried to uninstall everything including the settings files. [ATTACH... I just hope a lot of the update is code optimization. It has felt that things have gotten very clunky as new features have been added, especially AI-type things. It makes me wonder if there’s a good amount of vibe-coding going on. I hope not.

In perfect condition with all original boxes. Only used in a smoke free studio.

Hey everyone, I've been producing music at home for a few years and recently upgraded to an Apollo Twin. Everything is running smoothly but I'm wondering, how many UAD plugins can you realistically run simultaneously before DSP starts struggling? I'm mostly working with Neve 1073, LA-2A, and a couple of reverbs on each track. Would love to know how you guys manage DSP load on bigger sessions!

I make electronic music and orchestral composing and sometimes record 10+ audio tracks simultaneously of live musicians. which Lenovo laptop should I get ? 1. Preferably 2 SSD slots, so each can slot can take 4TB SSD. Or one slot 6 or 8TB SSD. 2. RAM to be upgradable to 64GB or more 3. Thunderbolt to work flawlessly with 2 or 3 daisychained Apollo units. 4. CPU must not be Intel i7/i9 12th gen or older because 13th and newer have issues. 5. screen size 15" or larger 6. onboard GPU... Which Lenovo Laptop to get for Apollo ?

So... given that the v3.0 Preview has given some life to MIDI, I figured... Why not start a thread to discuss what... we the MIDI users ... would like to see going forward. Get a list complied over a few weeks, and then everyone could send it through feedback. As we only get one vote per feature through feedback, maybe if we're all on the same page, it can be more effective? Worth a shot. And since there is recent MIDI coding activity, maybe it will be easier to push some of these... LUNA MIDI Wants and Needs

Hi there So, this morning I get an email from UA. Upgrade to this product and it's yours for $79. OK, sounds good. Logging into the website, I add the product to my cart and it's not $79 but $124!!! @UniversalAudio can you please explain this wild discrepancy?

What have you seen... what have you heard? Got this earlier... Thought there would've been many others. Maybe more will arrive tomorrow? I've been mucking with it externally for a couple months. Haven't been loading much on it yet, though.

Hi, Yesterday, i accidentally spilled a cup of tea on my desk when went underneath my Apollo Twin X. I think it may now be damaged, on CH 1, there is a constant 3 bars and 1 orange bar, as if there's audio coming from something. When i plug in my guitar, i can't hear anything. I've attached an image so you can see. Is it broken? How do i troubleshoot and figure out if so? Thanks!
