I installed void-live-x86_64-20250202-base.iso, cmus, and pipewire, following the pipewire installation instructions in the Void documentation. At first, cmus would not even list my flac files. Using the following commands, I can now play them: sudo xbps-install cmus cmus-flac flac sudo xbps-install alsa-pipewire pipewire rtkit sudo mkdir -p /etc/pipewire/pipewire.conf.d sudo ln -s /usr/share/examples/wireplumber/10-wireplumber.conf /etc/pipewire/pipewire.conf.d/ sudo ln -s /usr/share/examples/pipewire/20-pipewire-pulse.conf /etc/pipewire/pipewire.conf.d/ sudo mkdir -p /etc/alsa/conf.d sudo ln -s /usr/share/alsa/alsa.conf.d/50-pipewire.conf /etc/alsa/conf.d/50-pipewire.conf sudo ln -s /usr/share/alsa/alsa.conf.d/99-pipewire-default.conf /etc/alsa/conf.d/99-pipewire-default.conf

Does this actually work? I make an OS called KLV ( Kennel Linux Void ) that comes in variations all based fully on Void Linux. I have many many times installed XLibre from this repo and all successfully run. Except for one time I forgot to include the keys in the system build recipe so XLibre wasn't installed at all in that run. Something went wrong during the installation? Is this happening while booting a SonicDE equipped system?
Under Debian/Ubuntu if you do: Code: sudo apt autoremove --purge will be removed along with the leftover orphans and and its orphans' configs. What is the equivalent Void command that does this ?
On the Manjaro forum, a reply said telemetry, ya I don't think most get it. Window had telemetry before, look at it now.
I recently updated Void and now the command dbus-run-session start-hyprland which I always used to launch Hyprland prints the errors in the attached photo, KDE plasma Wayland launches, how can I solve? Did you ever get this working? I've been working to get Hyprland working on my system, created this script that I consider "beta". Gets a functional desktop up, help screen for the bindings I set up, dock for quick launching. https://github.com/MordechaiShebuel/scr ... nd_void.sh
