Great news. I’m so happy these folks will have a semi-permanent living situation. Coming into colder nights we certainly want these neighbors to have some stability. West Seattle is the Best of Seattle!

Why is this being held on a weekday afternoon? It’s not just retirees and work-from-home folks around here.

Prevailing winds are mainly from the south. That burning tire odor is unmistakable and more than unpleasant. I have suffered it many many times bicycling over the low bridge.

While they are at it – clean the darned domes …..Years ago they did….Going over the bridge when the mountain’s out with the ugly sends a hellofa message, doesn’t it?They don’t care – they don’t have to…..

To what extent does heavy metal combustion product make it to West Seattle? Fortunately for West Seattle, prevailing winds blow to the east so I wouldn’t expect heavy cadmium fallout, but that’s not certain without testing. I fail to understand why PSCAA doesn’t reliably and consistently test depositions from Ash Grove in a full radius around the facility as they do for any other incineration facility – like the one or two sewage sludge incinerators still permitted under PSCAA in WA. Is PSCAA internally or externally under MAGA influence?

I’ve lived in Admiral over a decade, but it’s only been in the past couple of years that I’ve noticed what smells like burning rubber. Usually in the evening on calm nights. Not every night by any means, but enough to notice. Hopefully reinstating this limit will also get rid of the smell.

I’ll never use one of these.

Thank you, Tracy for this news! we were just at the park, a Seattle Police officer was parked in his vehicle in the lot, we walked by an argument of campers in the trees (between the field on the south and the restrooms) and they sure did come back. I guess the officer is there for more important things but none of this makes sense.

Look forward to the permanent clearing of all the south Seattle RVs that continue, for years, near Westwood village, 16th, trenton etc. since we now have 72 spots for RVs!
