I decided to run some reports on my finances today and noticed that ChargePoint hasn't billed me anything since mid-March. I use ChargePoint chargers installed by my municipality and workplace but are technically all public. I noticed in the ChargePoint statements that previously charging was listed under "Public - Billed to Driver" but subsequently switched over entirely to "Public - Billed to Volvo DEN Prod". It looks like I have "Members - Volvo DEN Prod" under "Connections". I think... Volvo covering ChargePoint bills?

Just the other day, the car would not unlock for about a minute. It was as if I did not have the key fob with me. After the car would not respond with my hand on the door handle, I tried the button on the key fob, which also did not work. Then, after a while, the car unlocked. Since then, often it takes quite a few seconds or more for the car to unlock when I put my hand on the door handle. Love the efficiency and silence of electric but don't like cost of recharge away from my solar panels

I have a 2022 XC40 recharge and recently have lost sound to everything, including the clicking of the turn signals four separate times the past several months. The fix was to reset the system each time, but was wondering if this is symptomatic of a larger problem.

Howdy all, I couldn't find this answer searching the forums, so apologies in advance if I missed it. I have a 2023 C40, there's a rock chip in one of the front parking sensors causing the intermittent error message that it needs to be cleaned. Volvo dealer wants $600 to replace. The part is $100 at several Volvo dealers (not even after market). Does anyone know if those sensors need to be calibrated after installation and require dealer configuration? Or are they plug and play... Parking Sensor replacement question.

I've had my XC40 Recharge for 3+ weeks and a razor blade in the tread meant a new front tire already. I replaced the stock Pirelli Scorpio without needing the pair, and some research makes me realize that when it comes time for new tires I may need special EV tires. Mine are 20" staggered. Has anyone stayed with just EV tires (more expensive) or any success with replacement conventional tires?

Got 5.1.17 installed at the dealer last week and have had a problem since: After the car was parked I get NO sounds at all. At first I was annoyed because the radio wouldn't play, then I figured that there are also no parking sensor or any other warning sounds! I have to reset the entertainment system (Hold the home button for 30 seconds), than the sounds start to work again.... Any ideas?

I have a 2021 XC 40 twin motor. Since the last software update, about 1 month ago, the “tick tick” when using the turn signal goes silent. It’s always when starting a new trip, not in the course of driving somewhere. It’s happened about 4 times, maybe one a week or so. This sound restarts just fine with a computer system reboot. I know it’s not particular to my vehicle since the same thing happened on my wife’s car, a 2022 XC60 plug-in hybrid after her update. Anyone else having this... Turn signal sound goes silent

In the last week or so we’ve had a number of minor sw glitches including loss of all audio (including indicator clicks) - and now the gps has dropped out so Google maps doesn’t know where we are. I’ve done a long-press reboot of the infotainment system several times. Usually it has resolved the issues but not (so far) with the GPS. What’s the next reset level beyond the long-press infotainment action?
