Blocked injectors causing +20% LTFT??

Hey all, I’ve been working through trying to lower the LTFT on my 2015 Focus ST. It has 132k km and the only performance mods are the magnaflow catback and GFB DVX BOV. I bought the car ~5k km ago, before which it was mainly city driven. I hooked it up to FORSCAN a few weeks after I bought it and found that the LTFT was sitting around ~18-22% at idle/cruise, no CEL or codes. LTFT drops between 2-4% when under WOT. coolant temps spiking

I've noticed when driving my car the coolant will begin to rise past it the normal 180-190. I believe its old coolant and I'm saving for a coolant flush. However there are times that the coolant temperature itself will max out for 10-30 seconds before dropping back down. In this time I've seen my oil temp hit almost 240. However when the coolant temps drop the oil will drop back down and hover just under 220. I'm new to working on my own car and owning a car that needs precise maintenance so... coolant temps spiking
