# trust requests without authentication token httpd-trust = 127.0.0.1

Hello, GLPI 10.0.25. I know how to auto-assign a category's group as ASSIGNED (set "Group in charge" on the ITILCategory + Entity's Assistance tab "Automatic assignment... and problems" = Based on the category....). I also know I can get the same effect for the OBSERVER role using a Business Rule per category (Category = X → action "Group observer" = Y). That works, but means one rule per category (15+), which doesn't scale. Reasoning: assigning a group directly causes diffusion of responsibility ("someone else in the group has it"). I'd rather notify the whole group as observers and let a technician manually claim the ticket. Is there a native/config-only or plugins way to do the "by category" auto-assignment for the observer role (like the Entity setting does for assigned), without maintaining a rule per category? Or is a rule per category the only option in core GLPI? Thanks!

Hi, My OAuth password has expired. I created a new password in Office365 and set it in the settings. I reset my email address and configured it. If I now go to "incoming mail" and select "import email," it works. However, the automatic import option no longer works. If I go to "mailgate" and select "run," it tells me there's nothing to import when in fact there are emails. Basically, it only works when I manually import by clicking the incoming mail button. How can I fix it and get the automatic email import setting to work again? I assume something must have happened when I changed the password.
