Hi everyone, I just unboxed my very own 2024 gsxs1000 last Thursday. I'm from Seychelles.

I recently bougth a 2023 Suzuki GSX S1000 GT. I have driven only a little kms and I noticed that my body posture is not good at all, Im 1,82 meters tall. I dont want ride like in a R bike, (I also have driven a Yamaha YZF R125 for many years) so I recently installed the voigt riser with offset, i cant wait to test it in the next route. These are son pics of the bike when i bougth It.
Picked up my '18 GSX-S1000 yesterday after being away from bikes for 14 years. Have pretty much had a bike in my garage for most of my adult life. My two favorite rides were a 2006 K6 GSXR1000 and a BKing. I feel like if those two bikes had a child the GSXS1000 would be it! Can't wait to start tearing into this thing!
well after 9yrs of ownership i sold my gsxs, ive done just about every mod possible on it over the yrs, a freind of mine expressed an interest in purchasing it, and as i have a new bike ( gsxr1000k7) i thought that i really didnt need 2 1000cc roadbikes, i really still like it as the length of ownership indicates, been all over nz and back again, i had reached the end of improvements at the hillclimb event on it, i ran the gsxr last yr and even stock i was a second quicker up the hill, so im... bye bye gsxs100fa
Below are the ratio's for 2002-2004 GSXR1000's 2005-2008 & our bikes identical. 1st - 5th - 6th are what we want from 2002-2004 bikes.
Hey all, Anyone have any recommendations for tank grips for the '23 GT? I have TechSpec tank grips on my Speed Triple that I really like, but it doesn't look like they make a set for the GT. Are there other options? I'd like it to fit/look nice. The OEM Suzuki tank protectors don't offer much grip by the looks of it.
If the GSXR1000 K6 and the BKing had a child, the GSXS1000 would be it! My all time two favorite bikes were the GSXR1000 and my BKing. I always thought the middle ground would be an aggressive 1000cc standard. Here I am 14 years later and I'm now the overly proud owner of one. The power delivery truly reminds me of my 1000K6 which was a smoother K5 motor and the GSXS feels like a more nimble BKing.
I've owned 60 bikes, been riding for more then 50 years and the B- king was my favorite bike. This is the closest I've found to that feeling
Had 4 GSX-S 1000s and love the out of the box naked look. I have modified my one with the best parts for sale and no expense spared. I am from Scotland and looking to meet like minded owners
Does a Evotech Tail Tidy for new model (2022+) fit on a old model (2015-2021) GSX-S1000?
Finally traded in my 2018 GSX-S1000z Phantom. Never really had any problems with it and enjoyed almost 20k miles of turning dinosaur juice into smiles. So I bought a new 2026 naked in Triton Blue Not been on here for a while so hello to those other old timers who may remain, and welcome to others who have joined.
Hi, I have a ‘23 plate GSX-S1000GT+. Has anyone had one of these remapped using Woolich re-mapping? If so, what has been the effect? I only use my bike for road use, not track so am not looking for top-end gain, merely bottom-end to make the bike run less lean and to have better throttle control. I also don’t want to have to buy a load of other new bits like exhaust systems, etc. Cheers!
