As the title says, trying to upload a .jpg in the User CP for the avatar gives an error.

i tried to open up the game and it gave me an error stating "the application has failed because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail". I figured maybe it got corrupted so i re-installed it from the old website but same error message. any solution for this?

I'd like to request the addition of the following CSS to the forum styles. The reason is that I find the current user signatures a bit too faded, and hovering over them to show the clear text and/or picture would be great.
