6100 LM 3rd Channel Gain Loss

Greetings to all Marshall lovers. I need a tech advice. My 6100LM is running good on 1st and 2nd channels. But 3rd channel works fine for a short period of time after switching the amp now. After that it sounds as it’s switched to clean channel. No volume drop just drastic loss of gain. Literally it starts to sound like clean channel. Turning gain knob do almost nothing until 70-80% of the dial when gain raises a little. This behavior can change back and fourth some time randomly. Checked... 6100 LM 3rd Channel Gain Loss

1959HW help!

I just picked up a new in box 1959HW on Friday. Upon first power up and within 15 seconds I could see the power tubes starting to glow nicely but I noticed a bright cherry red colour coming from what looked like under the filter caps. I could only see in from the top so maybey not the greatest angle but I could definitely see almost like an old electric stove ring of bright red. I powered it down immediately and unplugged it from the wall. If anyone has maybey experienced something... 1959HW help!

Dsl100hr no sound

Hello. I bought a DSL100hr and looks like I've been had or just had extremely bad luck that it broke when it was handed to me. The head turns on, the tubes light up orange, no flickering. The only time I could make a sound come out is when I switch between low and high output and vice versa, but then the sound fades immediately to nothing. I'm hoping it will be a quick cheap fix. Any ideas? Thanks.

Jtm Mods

Messing around with my jtm since I finished building my attenuator. I rebiased to cold I think and made it sound like poop. Once I bring up the bias and get back to were I was tonally I was think about doing some mods , was looking for opinions Gain Boost Switch Add a switched 0.68uF (25v or higher) bypass cap to V2A's 820 ohm cathode resistor to boost preamp gain . The added preamp gain allows for earlier breakup and more overdrive. The bypass cap will also... Jtm Mods
