Shore Power Issue 1998 2700SCR

I recently bought a 1998 Maxum 2700 SCR. The two batteries were replaced in June 2026, but both were completely dead when I bought the boat. I was able to jump the batteries, and initially everything seemed to work normally. I then connected both shore-power lines. The air conditioning works, and the stove and refrigerator also work, but I have no interior or exterior lights and most of the 12V systems appear dead. The batteries also do not seem to be charging while connected to shore power. My understanding is that the lights and most accessories are 12V DC, while the A/C, stove and some appliances are 120V AC. Since the AC side is working, I’m thinking I may have a battery charger, battery-switch, main DC breaker, fuse, or connection issue. Has anyone with a late-1990s Maxum 2700 SCR dealt with this? Any specific breakers, charger locations, battery-switch settings, hidden fuses, or common failure points I should check first?

Hi all from Canada. I’m looking for a starboard windshield for my 1996 1900SR. Does anyone know where I can look or is anyone parting out a MAXUM that might suit my situation?

my 2003 5.0 mpi bravo3 overheated last weekend - video

Hi, so last weekend i overheated. has been running perfect then when i came off plane last time it overheated. Changed the overdue thermostat and it is a lot better. But still now after a 20 minute drive the temp heats up a little over the normal 175 the gauge always sits on. Then when I come off plane it spikes up and can still trigger a temp beep. Goes down shortly thereafter. Im expecting to last till november here in the upper chesapeake. Cant just give up now. My 5.0 mpi bravo3 setup has a lot of hoses. Ive traced the output from my raw water pump - it has two little hoses sticing out that both go to the cool fuel module... then the rest of that tube goes to the power steering cooler.... then the output from that goes down to the bottom of my single drain stup on the bottom where it then goes into a bunch of branches leading to various drains.. and also one tube to the block circulating pump. I pulled the tube leading off the power steering cooler at the main drain thing... and made a video of the amount of water pushing out that tube. Does this water output loot diminished from what it shoudl be? This is at 500rom idle... and it seems like cerainly not a bad amount of water. https://mcatlas.org/filetransfer/Mis...p/IMG_0321.MOV seems like my water pump is pumping from what im seeing. But i dont know what it shoudl look like at idle. If the water output is right... how am i stil overheating. Im going to install another thermostat... only $35 so ill give that a shot in th

2400scr drop-in anchor roller

The anchor roller on my 2003 2400SE is worn out. The starboard flange on the roller is gone. It is a drop in the middle of the pulpit type roller, there is no room for a bolt on oehter side of the roller axle. Every item I see online has a bolt on each side of the drop in. Does anyone know where I can find an exact replacement? One with the three bolts per side and I guess a riveted roller axle like this original equipment roller? Note there is no room for a bolt on either side of the roller. And that the right side of my roller is missing the side flange. Sometimes the anchor gets stuck in that gap.
