My wife had an issue with the car rolling forward on a decline parking spot in reverse parked nose forward. It happened to her twice. I have notice in traffic on a hill the transmission does not keep the car still at idle. Not a real steep hill. I scheduled a check up at the dealer this week. They want $202 to check it and they had changed the fluid 3 months ago(second time at 72k) After telling the service guy, I asked if it was under a warranty now. My 2021 AWD SV does not appear to have come with an engine block heater. I am looking to possibly install one depending on how hard it may be. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Mainly looking for where it actually goes, I’m aware it’s a wet style which actually heats the coolant, but other then that I haven’t been able to much anything much more then that. thanks

Hello! Our 2017.5 was bought new, the Platinum model. So far, no problems here, but it only has 23,500 original miles on the odometer. Some time back I pulled the driver's side visor so I could replace it, it was flopping down. Multiple trips to salvage yards didn't yield a replacement, and I eventually let the project slide, and at some point the original visor got tossed. I just recently discovered aftermarket visors were a thing (silly me for not thinking of this sooner), but so far I've been unable to locate anything for this generation, and obviously I don't want to pay the dealer cost for a new one. 2024 Murano that I rarely drive but have noticed that when you are in HVAC Auto mode, and you get in when it is hot inside and start the car, the AC kicks in and the fan is at full speed. The issue is that the fan speed does not slow down as the car's interior cools down. I have to use the fan speed button to slow it down. Every other auto climate control car we have had reduced the fan speed as necessary. Are we doing something wrong (the manual does say the fan will slow down or is an... I have been driving a 2013 Nissan Murano since new . It has 205,000 km and i still enjoy it . My average mileage is 1Ll/100km . Mostly city driving . Only issues i have had in 12 years is a power steering pump failure , which may have been my fault by using wrong fluid . My air conditioner compressor failed . The exhaust pipe gasket to the muffler failed . I do regular maintenance at the required intervals . Looking forward to another 205,000 km !

Because the CVT is a big issue with the Murano, I took my car to the dealer for CVT fluid service twice since I purchased. The 2018 Murano has 72k now. I am happy with the car, but I do not want it to fail going forward. I do not believe they are changing the filters when they do the fluid change. It cost $400 the first time and $295 this last time. When I asked if they changed the filters, they said NO. Should this matter since they clean the magnet?

recently situation cylinder 1 had a misfire. When removed the intake manifold, I took out the coil and it was in oil. I immediately panicked and thought, "Nothing serious, I inspected it 4 months ago and didn't see any oil or leaks."
