Hi folks, we're interested in purchasing a retirement property in Crete (anywhere in the Chania/Rethymnon/Heraklion propers) - have been to the island a couple of times and we loved it. We're interested in new (or semi-new) build, just to cut down on the headache of fixing up. As we're both still employed in the US (but able to work remote), we won't be at the property all the time (and we do not plan on renting it out on AirBnB or anything like that).
