Надо. И они в курсе проблемы. Но приоритет у этого продукта видимо слишком низкий. Поэтому ждем новой версии, которая когда-то выйдет.

А может, всё таки, надо разработчикам что-то в коде приложения подшаманить? Уже не первый год такая пакость с обновлением баз, а воз и ныне там. Пользователи (за свои деньги) вынуждены прогонять то и дело процедуру конфигурации. Это не дело для такой уважаемой компании как Касперский.

I also wanted to suggest to turn it off.) That won’t affect much, but reboots won’t be needed anymore. The answer is "yes".) But the simplest way in this case is to turn fast startup off.

Hmm, that's interesting. The lady does a shutdown - power-up - sequence almost every day. Are you saying that she should do a 'reboot' instead, at least from time to time? I'm aware that rebooting is not the same as shutdown/power-on, but could this really explain what happened? If the answer is a clear 'yes' (not just speculation), then I will certainly let her know to change her habits. And as a side note: She runs Windows 10 because W11 is not supported on her PC. But that's another story; I can understand everybody perfectly who does not want to throw away a perfectly running PC just because Microsoft tells them to do so :-(

Тогда надо заводить FR (Feature Request) через Kaspersky Company Account. После оценки и валидности вашего сценария, FR рассмотрят и при положительном решении попробуют рассмотреть в качестве доработки, но шансов, что как либо доработают MMC консоль думаю нет, т.к. новые версии KSC поставляются уже без MMC консоли.
