I have four VHS cassettes I would like to convert to digital. What's the best and most affordable way to have this done?

I am always looking to learn "the best" way of doing things. Bleeding fish. Seems simple enough. But after watching the fishing show (Big Water Adventures) a couple of years ago, the host, Mark Davis was doing a tutorial on bleeding tuna. He ran his knife under and behind the gills from top to bottom (blood gushing) He then inserted his hand into said knife slot and retrieved the heart. "Not sure why he removed the heart because he didn't explain" other than saying "now that fish is dead" 😂... The proper way to bleed fish?

Is it just me, or has it been unusually windy on the ocean this year. I'm once again looking at a forecast that shows 10 days of high winds, with just a 6 hour sucker window here and there. It seems we've had several times when the wind for weeks at a time. What say you?
