My race bike's ergonomics, handling and suspension works are finally done! My next mission is to focus on the power output. I need some parts put in before I go get it dyno'd My questions are; Should I spend money on premium velocity stacks? Should I spend money on a premium muffler or a cheap long barrel muffler (I've got the full system excluding the muffler)

Hey yall, could use some advice from people smarter than me. Trying to check valves on my own. Just shy of 15k miles. Got everything torn down and I'm just not sure I'm doing this right. Per manual, turn the crank until the 1T mark is aligned. Cool, got it. Meaure the valves for which the cams are turned away. Sounds fine. Except I can't seem to get that configuration on the 1T mark??? Now if I keep turning until I see the 2T mark, then I can get that... Valve Clearance Inspection

Used to there were two events geared toward automotive a year in the area. Shades of the Past, and The Rod Run. That was it.......fast forward to present day. This past weekend was billed as The Great Smoky Mtn Jeep Invasion. I bought my 2022 new the end of July 2022. I will Admit I do not ride it as often as I probably should but I wouldn’t think the battery would go dead with it sitting with nothing running on it for 3 weeks without starting it. So, we thought maybe it was the factory battery so we bought a new battery and installed it and it does the same thing. Is this a common problem? Do I need to put a tender on it between rides? Evening everyone, I have a bit of an issue. I took my bike in for repair (it was having cooling issues; bad thermostat and gasket) and when I left the shop, I noticed the ABS light was stuck on. On that trip back home, my speedometer flashed to 0 for a couple of seconds, then my check engine light came on. The bike itself rides like normal and just fine, however. Additionally, sometimes the dash screen will flash blank as if it is 'resetting' when I am stopped.
