Hey Guys, I know everyone sees a million of these a day with all having ambiguous solutions so I'll try to give a brief synopsis of what I think may be happening and then go in to detail for those who have more time and how I think it may effect the outcome. The brief: The bike runs great full out and will even idle fine (around 1500 RPM, I know spec is 1350 or something). But when I'm running at full out or even getting there the throttle is hanging big time. Likes to hang anywhere... Hanging throttle issue '99 R6

Im looking to change my shift pedal so it can be wider. Correct me if im wrong but oem one is not adjustable? Any recommendations?

Hey guys, quick story… Bought my dream bike, r6 2020 like 3 years ago and sadly because of my work situation, the bike have been sitting in my garage in Spain, I only ride it few times a year as I go back for vacation. Pretty sad I know. My situation won’t really change in a while and I feel like I’m neglecting the bike even tho every time I go back I have it serviced completely and I ride it properly thenI feel like im disrespecting it. I love the bike and I don’t want to sell it ever but... My sad R6

I recently did spark plugs air filter and fuel filter and now it bogs out in 3rd gear at around 4k rpms

Hey guys I just recently bought a 2001 Yamaha r6. Today as I was driving it i felt like it was running hot the temperature showed me it was between 205-223 while driving. When stopped and idling it would reach 230-248 in which I had to stop and let it cool off. New to this and was wondering what it could possibly be. Weak water pump, thermostat? Thank you in advance

Hello guys, I had precious issues with code 13 but fixed the sensor. Now I have a issue with code 20. Replaced the MAPS sensor but code still there paired with engine light illuminated like a star. I had code 15 took off the TPS and put it back on, started the bike and code 15 went. With all these codes 13 was with them alongside but when I started the bike they all seemed to go apart from 20. When I started it I let it run and it runs great id say. No hiccups really. Have not ridden it yet... Code 20,15,13.

On the weekend I got stranded with my bike not starting and I'm not sure where to start looking for a diagnosis. It's a 2005 R6 and I was having some idle issues a few weeks ago but has since been solved with new ignition coils. Besides that issue, it's been running great with no other issues. I took it into town to run into Canadian Tire and when I got out to start the bike it it would crank and crank and crank but no start. I then noticed that the fuel pump was not priming when I turned... Dash showing HI & won't start

I started getting engine cutting/stuttering in 2/5/6 gear and thought it was my fuel pump clogged but now i think its my QS. I saw in a post a few weeks ago someone pointing out this problem and that it might be the QS but i lost that post. Today my QS stopped working completely it wont shift up but the QS light is still on. I was adjusting my shift rod a few weeks ago to adjust the height of my shift pedal and im guessing this did something to the QS and is why im having these problems... (SOLVED) GYTR Quickshifter causing engine cutting / stopped working on 2017 r6?

I bought this bike and I had to clean the tank from rust and the fuel pump bolts were stripped I got them out now I need need new bolts what size and length do I need ? Please need help

Got this leak behind the water pump. A new pump and o-ring will fix this right? Bike hadn’t ran for almost a decade before i got it, I got it put back together changed the oil test rode it real quick to see if anything else needed to be replaced, drained the coolant then noticed this

Hypothetically asking, would you ride this? It's a 1,000cc two-stroke V-Twin. You thoughts?

I'm going to do some more research because I guarantee this has happened to someone before. Does anyone have any tricks for getting a stripped Allen-head engine mount bolt out? I'm currently replacing the engine, and that's the only thing still holding it in the bike. I just bought a bolt extractor set because I'm assuming that's the best way to handle it, similar to a stripped bolt on a car. However, I'd appreciate any advice or tips from anyone who's dealt with this before. Also, does... Engine Mount allen key Stripped
