I responded to a similar letter months ago asking what protections TEMU offers brand owners and manufacturers against copyright and trademark violations. No response.

I was never of the impression that there was a real auction and that any information recommending a bid was based on fact. This is the internet, and to actually provide actual accurate data would be heresy. I guess the FTC has a different understanding. I wonder how far they might drive a quest for accuracy and honesty?

Thanks @Dogtamer !! My account settings still says Not Registered, but it is only the first. It’s Amazon. Them saying it will kick in Sept. 1 means I’ll check it for again for the next few days. I also received a notice that my .ca account is again deactivated for low VTR. But I still have a Healthy green and my settings say both countries are active…I also received an order two hours after said notice. So yeah, they are on top of things!

Well, I got that all covered EXCEPT for the bathrobe part. And I prefer potato chips or the theater packs of Hot Cinnamon and Mike and Ike’s that I just got at the store.

Amazon coding at its finest.
