How do I stop my 14 week old puppy biting his training lead?
Looking for the right home for our 5-year-old Labrador This is quite a difficult post for me to write, but I’m hoping that amongst people who genuinely understand Labradors we might find the right person for our boy. He’s five years old, beautiful, full of character and enormously enthusiastic about life. We love him, but I’ve gradually had to accept that our family circumstances aren’t the right fit for the dog he actually is. When we got him as a puppy, I underestimated just how much... Unsurprisingly our pup has chewed his crate bed to bits! Anyone got any cheap suggestions for comfortable living rather than buying a new one?

Fred, 3 years old in a week, has a tough time dealing with human grade food. We have been trying to find a diet for while, for him to enjoy without having diarrhea, etc. One item is pork loin. He loves it, but it doesnt work well with him Ground Turkey, Chicken ( breast and thighs) he is good with Steak, hit or miss. We did this every Sunday due to his older brother needing quality of life ( RIP) a few months ago. What foods have you found that work well with their sensitive stomachs?... Hi I am new to this site. My beautiful 18 month old fox red lab Toby has just been diagnosed with a high grade Mast cell tumour on the inside of his ear.He had a needle aspiration followed by referral to a specialist. They did a biopsy of the lump and needle aspirations of his liver and spleen. The results came back yesterday of a high grade malignant Mast cell tumour. No evidence of spread so far. We go back to the specialist on 20/5 to talk about a treatment plan which will almost... Mast cell tumour diagnosis
I found this wonderful forum while trying to research my problem with my 5 month old black lab, “Chase”. Both myself and my husband are retired so our pup has 100% of our attention. He’s been easy to train so far except for issues of over-excitement resulting in jumping, biting and humping me all at the same time; but only on me. My husband doesn’t experience this behavior. I have the majority of contact with him, feeding, training, grooming, “business” trips outside in the middle of the... Hi to all. I’m new and this is my first post.
Does anyone have (or had) a Lab with USMI?

I want to give her the best treatment I can but am concerned as to how long I can continue this level of expenditure. l have heard that the helio laser wand is amazing to use at home however I can’t find a uk supplier. I am interested to know if anyone has used one and where I could purchase one from? Any help / advice would be greatly... Arthritis Treatment
My beautiful 11 month old black Labrador died this weekend in hospital sleep. He was not sick at all previously and died instantly. over the last few days I have been reflecting on who he was. What I realised is that he wasn’t a “normal’ Puppy, he was incredibly calm. He slept a lot more than a Puppy normally would at six at 6 to 11 months. He never did anything wrong. He never chewed anything. The only thing you ever did was pull the rug up and that was it. He was the perfect Puppy but... Sudden Death at 11 months old
