Thinking about getting a Cerakote finish on one of my model 12s. The gun s a "Y" model and a shooter so ,it is not a collector item. I have heard that some people like it and some don't. What say you ??

I have looked at several PW 900 taper crimp finishers, this is the tool in the station before the shell ejection station. There seems to be at least 2 variations on the inner surfaces. One is more parallel, square and angled, while the other type seems to gradually go from parallel and blending into a radiused surface. Anybody understand what I am talking about and, if so, what is inner shape of the current final crimp die? Thanks,

I saw this at a gunshop in a used parts bin and picked it up - they didn't know anything about it, but it was marked for an 1100/1187. It turns out that its a perfect fit, and even resembles other Remington synthetic furniture. Has anyone seen this before? Is the cavity in the stock meant to house an adjustment mechanism for an adjustable comb? The comb insert is very soft rubbber. Any insight would be appreciated!
